on the last week of the holidays i went down to wellington with my mate cameron for round 2 of nzdh i didnt have much luck in my 1st race run i came off and my bike got caught in the caws but my friends race runs were good and i had a great time

what the book is about?

Hoot is a novel study our class has been Lisning to for the last term it is a book on a youg boy named Roy that got bullied by Dana one day on the bus he saw a a strange bear foot kid running along the footpath that left roy curious he met the boy and now they are both trying to stop mother paulers pancake house from building on top of were a hole lot of young barrowing owls lived.

                                                                                what was my favourite character and why?

my favourite character is mullet fingers because he determined to stoop the mother paulers pancake house. he puts his life at risk just to save the barrowing owls. 

who is my least favourite character and why?

my least favourite character is Dana because he thinks he owns the place and thinks he can bully who he wants to with out getting in trouble.

what part of the book is your favourite 

my favourite part of the book is when Roy first finds mullet fingers and he tips the snakes out.

what do you think the theme of the book of the book is/whats the message.

the message of the book is never stop trying untill you get successful results and never give up untill you suckseed.

i would give it a 8/10.

what part of the movie are you looking forward to wacthing

the main part of the movie i want to wacth is when Roy punches Dana in the face because it will teach Dana a leason.

p3s teacher contacted the national library and ask for a load of new books she spent time wrapping them up and writing key words on them we returned from the weekend with a surprise a hole lot of rapped up books we all got to pick one that intarested us with the key words on it and it was great so we didn't judge a book bye its cover i got a book called of the rhino i think its a great idea and i would love to do it again.

i can write arguments to support claims with clair and relevant evedence 

:On the news, we are constantly bombarded with information that says that video game violence explains part of the recent increase in school violence. first person shooter games like call of duty and halo may carry mature ratings, but this usually doesn't stop young people from playing these games. some people blame these games for other types of violence as well. how do you fell about this issue are teens easily persuaded bye the media to commit crimes they otherwise would not? give specific examples and use logical reasoning to defend your opinion. 

yes because unstable people think its cool to do what video game character does but sensible people are ok because they know its not ok and they know that they shouldn't do what you do on games. not long ago there was a young 13 year old that robed a dairy and the results of that was a death of a dairy owner witch is sad and his parents said all he done was play games so i think that's an example of violence from games.its games like these that cause play ground violence.

Puarenga learning centre has planned a sports event for the rest of the school we had 4 groups to plan different things i was the leader of the group making the time table for the event it all turned out very well the school enjoyed the event and all the leaders and teachers where happy with the turn out.
Day 1:we all got got into our groups and selected our leaders then we all started planning the event my group Wright up all the rules.
Day 2: we stared putting the time table so everything went smoothly for the event.
Day 3:today was the day we had the event we all split up into groups and set up the activity's that all went well and it was a great event.

my genius hour was with cameron and we designed and built a storage box for his 4wd car                            genius hour was a time where we had time to work on what we want                                                           what was the best part of genius our? when we got to design our box on the computer         
what was your process? first we had to design and get the mesurements for the box then we had to get the materials when we finnished that we built it
was it succesful ? medium we havint finnished it yet                          
what would you do differentally next time ? we would be more organised i would 
next time if we deside to do genius hour i would build a money nox with compartments :)

Swiming safety
